Kafuba Donzon
Kafuba Donzon has the passion, dream, and drive to help others in life. As a student-athlete, he competed in wrestling, and through the support of my family and friends he became an All-American. As a senior, Kafuba earned the Hayashi award, which is given to a senior athlete who embodies academic excellence.
Kafuba has always been passionate about improving the lives of people around him. He stresses the importance of elder care, saying “I believe that our parents raised us in our time of need (as children), so that one day we can do the same for them.”
When Kafuba graduated college, he received two additional awards that symbolized his desire to improve his life and the lives of those around him. The first award, Kafuba Donzon’s scholarship award is given to a wrestler who provides great leadership as a student and athlete. The second award, the Kafuba Donzon’s Warrior Desire award is given to a wrestler who shows strong desire to succeed through tough circumstances. Throughout his life, Kafuba has been dedicated to helping others, because “United we stand, divided we fall” is a life motto that he truly believes in.
